The Irish have landed! With St. Patrick’s Day just around the corner, Hong Kong will be transformed into 50 shades of green for its very first St. Paddy’s Day Parade this Sunday!
Join in for a family-friendly day featuring traditional Celtic dances, bagpipe renditions, marching bands, face-painting… you name it!
Not to be outshone by the Irish leprechauns and elfs, the parade will be joined by HK’s very own dragon and lion dance troupes, as well as kung fu performances.
Better yet, the parade is FREE!
The parade will launch at the open space between Pier 9 and 10, Central Piers at 2pm, before the festivities get underway and march towards Tamar Park in Admiralty.
Can’t get enough? Hit up Delaney’s Irish Pub after the parade for a pint of good ol’ Guinness!
Don’t miss out on the fun – which will surely make your non-celebrating friends green with envy! (No pun intended.)
