Working out can be sweaty, tough business, but it doesn’t always have to be this way.
IRIS is putting together Hong Kong’s biggest Yoga and Wellness Festival on November 14th (Sat) at the New Central Harbourfront. It’s also totally free.
IRIS have got a jam packed schedule prepared for fitness freaks and amateurs alike:
10:00-11:00: All Levels Power & Purpose Flow with Emily Gill (Yoga Bam Bam)
11:20-12:20: Alignment Based Vinyasa with Adam Weirick (Yoga Union)
12:40-13:40: All Levels Vinyasa with Greta Lai
14:00-15:00: Yin Yang Yoga with Anna Coventry
15:20-16:20: Acrovinyasa with Jessica Lee
16:40-17:40: Universal Yoga with Kelsey Xia (Yoga Alfresco)
18:00-19:00: From Flow To Fly with Victor Chau (Epic Yoga)
19:20-20:20: Flow In The Dark with May Nogoy (Whoopee Club) & Emma Brown (Turning Circles)
Combine that with 1. rad music, 2. goodie bags, 3. stunning harbour views, 4. breezy Hong Kong November weather (which is doing nothing for Christmas vibes but kind of perfect for this occasion), 5. all your best mates, and you have the perfect way to spend a weekend. Grab your yoga mat and you’re good to go! Better that than to hide at home horizontal running eh?
