Meet the Adelaide based personal trainer Kayla Itsines, who has now become a global fitness sensation, with over 2 million followers on Instagram, 1.9 million Facebook likes and 172 K followers on Twitter.
She released her Bikini Body Guide (BBG) last year in January and has helped over a million women with her 12 week bikini body workout program. Hmmm…at this point you’re probably thinking…”well isn’t this just dandy? Another fitness scam that doesn’t work”. Trust me, quite a few of my friends are actually doing this right now, and I’ve heard nothing but good things about the programme.
The admirable thing about Kayla is that she promotes getting in shape through healthier lifestyles. She sleeps very early and does not drink or smoke. You don’t have to starve yourself.
